What’s WinterLove?

We live in a pretty fantastic place, bursting at the seams with great company and a vibrant and unique social scene. Hands down, our little Island is best known for its unbeatable summers. But hey! What about our winters?

WinterLove, brought to you by Fusion Charlottetown and some pretty passionate (and slightly crazy) volunteers, is all about bringing back the magic of winter to PEI. We want to encourage each and every Islander to end the hibernation, and begin the celebration!

What’s the deal?

Throughout the month of February, we will be celebrating winter in full “Islander” fashion! There will be tons of fun to look forward to, including parties and events you won’t want to miss, food and drinks unlike you’ve ever tasted, and company you absolutely can’t beat! Check out the calendar below for a full listing of what you’ll be getting up to in February! There’s lots to do for Islanders of all ages!

What should you do first?

The first thing you absolutely HAVE to do is follow us on social media, that’s where you’ll be kept in the loop on everything WinterLove (plus, you’ll definitely get your daily laugh, and maybe even learn a thing or two about your new favourite season!). You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram @WinterLovePEI. Make sure to say “Hi”!

Then what (besides coming to every event)?

Enter our social media contest! You’ve got all of February to show us your best WinterLove pics! That’s right, we want to see YOU out enjoying the magic of winter! Enter on Facebook or Instagram by tagging @WinterLovePEI and using the hashtag #WinterLovePEI! For entering, you’ll be entered into a draw to win the ultimate PEI winter survival pack! Trust us, you’ll want this puppy!
